His Excellency Mansour AlMulla is the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer at ADQ, an active sovereign investor focused on critical infrastructure and global supply chains. In his role, he is responsible for the growth and development of companies within the Food & Agriculture, Transport & Logistics, Financial Services and Real Estate Investments clusters. His Excellency is the Vice Chairman of Etihad Aviation Group, and sits on the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC (TAQA), AD Ports Group, Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Etihad Rail, and Abu Dhabi Aviation.
With over two decades of experience in structured finance and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, financial planning, risk management, restructuring, business development, and operations, he has held several key leadership positions in global corporations, including Managing Director & CEO of EDGE Group, Group CIO at ADQ, and CFO of the Petroleum & Petrochemicals Platform at Mubadala Investment Company. Mansour holds a bachelor’s of science in Business Administration from Portland State University in Oregon, USA.
Fadel Abdulbaqi Al Ali

Mr. Fadel Al Ali is a strategic leader with a vast range of experience in corporate governance and commercial roles across a variety of business contexts such as startups, rapid growth, fix-it, and turnarounds. He brings over 35 years of experience in multiple industries including real estate, hospitality, investment, and banking and has led several corporate functional organizations such as Finance, HR, Legal, Business Excellences and Marketing and Communications.
Throughout his career, Mr. Al Ali has made remarkable achievements that extend across contributing to the creation of Dubai Holding and managing its 2009 post-recession crisis, along with contributing to the creation of its new business model as a strategic investor. Mr. Al Ali started his career as a banker in 1989 in Citibank and joined Dubai Holding in 2004, where he served in multiple positions including CFO, COO, and, finally, CEO till 2017. This was followed by a four-year stint as FAB’s Deputy CEO and group COO until 2021. before chairing DFSA.
Mr Al Ali was appointed Chairman of the DFSA on 1 June 2021, having joined the DFSA Board of Directors in 2008. He has been recently appointed as the Chairman of Majid Al Futtaim in June 2025. He is a Board Member with Commercial International Bank, Egypt since May 2022.
Eng. Hamad Al Ameri

Eng. Hamad Salem Mohammed Saeed Al Ameri is Managing Director and Group CEO of Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC, one of the Abu Dhabi based investment holding companies with over than 250 businesses across healthcare, energy, real estate, construction, and hospitality.
Appointed in 2021, he has driven Alpha Dhabi’s transformation into a global investor and catalyst of the UAE’s economic diversification. Under his leadership, the company has become one of the top 14 listed companies in the MENA region, with a market capitalisation exceeding USD 30 billion and presence in over 45 countries. He also oversaw overseas revenue growth of over 500% in the first year post-IPO and forged strategic partnerships with ADQ, Mubadala, and ADNOC Drilling.
Eng. Al Ameri also holds key positions in other prominent listed companies in the UAE; he is the Vice Chairman of National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC Group), a Board Member Aldar Properties PJSC, Pure Health Holding PJSC, and ADC Acquisition Corporation PJSC Shares. While on the private companies front, He is the Chairman of Trojan Construction Holding – L.L.C., ADMO Lifestyle Holding and Mawarid Holding Investment.
Khalifa Al Forah AlShamsi

Khalifa Al Shamsi is the Chief Executive Officer of e& life and e& international. With over 30 years of experience in the telecom, media, and ICT industries, he brings a unique blend of commercial acumen and technical expertise to his dual leadership roles.
Since 2022, he has led the growth and strategies of e& life, bringing the next generation digital world to the consumer’s fingertips through smart, AI-powered platforms and apps spanning fintech, entertainment, and mobility services.
Khalifa serves as Chairman of evision and STARZPLAY. He is also actively associated with industry organisations like the UAE International Investors Council (UAEIIC) where he is the Chairman of the executive committee. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors at Careem, e& money, e& enterprise, Wio Bank, and Saudi Arabia’s Etihad Etisalat ‘Mobily’, where he previously served as Managing Director for five years. He is a former board member of PTCL and Ufone in Pakistan, and Etisalat Afghanistan.
Masood M. Sherif Mahmood

Masood M. Sharif Mahmood is the CEO of e& UAE. He has a proven record of building and transforming communication and technology-led businesses, previously leading Yahsat and holding executive positions at Mubadala, Dubai Investment Group and prior to that at the Executive Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Under his leadership, e& UAE has led the transformation journey being recognised as the Strongest Telecom Brand in the World and setting a global benchmark with the fastest 5G network. Masood served on the board of directors for Yahsat and du, UAE Space Agency, Wio Digital Bank, and Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation. He holds an MBA from McGill University and a Computer Systems Engineering degree from Boston University.
Futoon Al Mazrouei

Futoon Hamdan Al Mazrouei is the Group Head of Personal, Business, Wealth and Privileged Client Banking at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), where she oversees the integration of consumer and private banking to deliver stronger, customer-focused services. Her role involves leading expanded product offerings and service delivery across retail segments, as well as driving growth with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through the newly created Business Banking group. With over 15 years of experience in banking, Futoon has been instrumental in advancing FAB’s digital transformation agenda, ensuring secure, seamless, and innovative financial services. Previously as Group Head of Consumer Banking, she led the business to multiple accolades, including the MEA Finance Award for Best Mobile Banking Service Implementation and the Digital CX Award for Best Use of Data and Analytics.
Recognized as one of the Middle East’s Top Women in Banking by Global Money Monitor in 2023, Futoon also serves on the boards of ADNIC, FAB Islamic, WIO Bank, Bank FABMISR, and APEX Investment. She holds a BSc in Mathematics from UAE University and completed the Executive Programme in International Management at Stanford GSB in Singapore.
Dr. Jaap Kalkman

Dr Jacob (Jaap) Barend Kalkman is Group Chief Investment Officer at ADQ, overseeing the performance of one of the region’s most diversified investment portfolios. He brings
more than 25 years’ global leadership experience in investment management, strategy consulting, and infrastructure investments.
Before joining ADQ in 2019, Jaap was Managing Partner at Arthur D. Little, serving as Global Head of Energy & Utilities. He previously held senior roles as a Partner at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, leading work across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, and as Director and Head of Infrastructure Investments for the Middle East and Asia at Arcapita.
Earlier in his career, Jaap spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, where he held leadership positions in Bahrain, the Philippines, and the Netherlands. He began his career as a post-doctoral research fellow at MIT.
Jaap holds a PhD in Mathematics and Physics, MSc degrees in both Physics and Mathematics (cum laude), and a BSc in General Philosophy, all from the University of Utrecht, NL.

Samy Ben-Jaafar is Alpha Dhabi Holding’s Group Director managing the sustainability, financial services and debt capital markets portfolio of investments and activities at the group and its subsidiaries. He has 25 years of banking and impact investment experience marked by senior leadership roles in corporate finance, investment banking and strategy serving Citibank New York & London and ADIB in the UAE.
Samy’s banking experience is complemented by sustainability and development finance roles, as Senior Director for Private Sector Investments at the United Nations Green Climate Fund and CEO at the Dubai Green Fund.
He currently serves on the Boards of MICAD (a USD 2.5 billion Private Credit Fund) and Mawarid (a nature-based solutions provider). He studied French literature, economics and finance at SFU and UBC; completing a Masters specialized in Portfolio Theory. He received professional certification in corporate finance from the UK financial services regulator.
